Leviquin is prescribed to cure a variety of bacterial infections such as sinus infections and pnemonia as well as chronic bronchitis, acute kidney infections, certain urinary and chronic proatate infections and skin infections.
Why Is Levaquin harmful?
It has been reported that Levaquin can cause dangerous allergic reactions as soon as the first dose. If this happens to you then stop taking the drug immediately and call your doctor. Some other side effects to look for include:
- Skin rash
- Hives (or any other skin reaction)
- Rapid heartbeat
- Difficulty swallowing or breathing
- Swelling of the face,l lips, tounge or throat
- Headache
- Nausea
- Constipation
- Diarrhea

- Breathlessness
- Lack of movement
- Poor coordination
- Tremors
- Convulsions
- Collapse
